Answer
Yes. It can be found under the “Real Estate Opportunities” tab and it will be moved into Destinations once Tahéima owners take possession of their homes.
When can Tahéima owners register and open their Resort to Resort™ Members account ?
As soon as they deposit a minimum of 10% of the purchase price of their condominium, owners at Tahéima can join the program. They will be contacted directly by Resort to Resort™ or can also enroll on-line by going to this website: www.resort2rsort.com/forms/vip.html
When can Tahéima owners start using their credits ?
Tahéima is part of the Pre-Occupancy exchange program that allows owners to book a Resort to Resort™ vacation, up to twelve months prior to taking possession of their resort home. During the pre-occupancy period, Tahéima owners are allowed to book one holiday or prime time vacation up to two weeks in length and are required to deposit a prime time or holiday period of time of equal length, up to 12 months after they take possession of their Tahéima unit. After they take possession, they can book as many trips as they like based on availability and credits.
In the exchange program, can Tahéima owners transfer their credits to other parties (friends, relatives, etc.)?
Tahéima owners can transfer credits to friends and family. Owners can purchase a $49 guest certificate and send friends on an exchange with their credits and the $29 per night exchange fees. Family members can use Resort to Resort™ credits at no extra charge, just the $29 per night exchange fee. Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25 years of age.
What is the maximum of weeks they can exchange in one year ?
There is no set maximum amount of weeks owners can deposit. However, Resort to Resort™ guidelines state that a limit to the amount of inventory can be set.
