The Culinary Academy of France Welcomes Chef Laurent Delorme.

With a fine dinner at the Restaurant Silhouette inside the new Tahéima hotel development, personalities of Vallarta and Banderas Bay society came together to witness the recognition and induction of Chef Laurent Delorme to the Culinary Academy of France.  Guests at the  event included important representatives of this prestigious institution such as its President, Gerard Dupont, as well as Thierry Blouet and Regis Lacombe.

Guests began arriving at eight o'clock in the evening and were welcomed by Silhouette´s owner, Michel Gaucher, a French Canadian businessman who has opted for the Banderas Bay region to offer a completely different concept in the region´s hotel and banquet industry.

The evening offered a pleasant environment in which camaraderie, good humor and goodwill prevailed. Gradually, the guests took their places, filling the Silhouette restaurant, and the gala dinner began.

The service offered by staff in the Silhouette was like the concept: high quality. At all times the staff was attentive, allowing the diners enjoy each of the dishes to its conclusion.

Following dinner, Michel Gaucher raised his glass, thanking all of the diners for their presence and explaining briefly the concept of the restaurant and the menu offered by Chef Laurent Delorme, who was applauded by those in attendance. The prestigious chef, Thierry Blouet, in the company of leading chefs Dupont and Regis Gerard Lacombe, made the official announcement of the integration of Laurent Delorme to the Culinary Academy of France.  The news was well received by all guests, celebrating the announcement with warm applause.

On this special evening, Tahéima´s Restaurant Silhouette introduced a new era to the Banderas Bay region, offering quality and service to our future guests.
