Wellness Institute

Inspired by the growing holistic approach to healthy lifestyles and overall wellness, Tahéima’s Learning Center is a dynamic space offering a wide range of disciplines designed to stimulate the body, mind and spirit.

Guests are invited to participate in exercise and movement classes of yoga, tai-chi, and stretching; for intellectual stimulation and to nurture creativity, the Learning Center features culinary cooking instruction, arts and crafts such as pottery and painting, language lectures, and public affairs discussions. A magnificent amphitheater provides the ideal setting for the lectures, performing artists, and theater and dance groups.

Weekly ‘chat’ sessions with world-renowned guests from the worlds of music, art, politics, academics, and athletics will allow guests to engage in intellectually invigorating exchanges.

The body and the mind are instruments of the human spirit, through which the spirit expresses itself.”
Viktor E. Frankel

Tahéima’s focus is a balanced and harmonious approach to total wellness in mind, body, and soul.

The Learning Center at Tahéima Wellness Resort and Spa is designed and equipped to maximize the essence of a learning facility. The Center offers state-of-the-art technology to accommodate sophisticated audio/visual presentations, various lecture rooms for concurrent presentations, a spacious main lecture hall, and a fully equipped, sun-filled arts and crafts room. At the hub of the Center is the library with comfortable seating and quiet reading areas.
